VICTORIA BECKHAM’s hair?

I have sort of a Victoria Beckham haircut, except my hair is a bit thicker and quite longer (the back of my hair hits the bottom of the my neck, and the front of my hair is about to my underarms). Is it possible to get long layers with hair that is shorter in the back?

yes i think you can layer hair however long it is
but if you go to the hairdresser just ask them to make sure before you do it
i am sure that would work though
