Cutting It Short

Need haircut help!!!!! Please read!!! EASY 10 PTS!!!?

I am thinking about getting an inverted bob, with the length just a bit above my shoulders.. I want short layers but I DO NOT want that stacked wedge look.. If anyone could find pictures of what I described it would be GREAT and much appreciated.. I WILL BE PICKING BEST ANSWER!!!!
