What is the best haircut for a woman with fine/flat hair?

My hair is really fine and flat. It is completely straight (as in, No, I will not hold a curl, thankyouverymuch!) and pretty long (4 inches below shoulders). I need a haircut. My hair has gotten so long that it tangles really easily and takes hours to dry and more time than I want to brush out. I am looking for something simple. In all honesty, the most work I am willing to put into it before I leave the house is brushing it. Products just weigh my hair down.

I am forever looking hairstyles that will compliment my kind of hair. I don’t want my hair to be too short (nothing at/above the chin), and nothing Dramatic. I am not going for Lady Ga Ga, here.

Please keep in mind that I work in an office and have to look somewhat professional.
