Short Haircuts Styles For Women

Should women w/ very long hair whose employment revolves around negotiating be asked to have short haircuts?
I am referring to women who may be working for a company that is seeking to award a contract to a supplier for which there are competitive bids. Perhaps they negotiate on behalf of one of the bidders. Alternatively, they are working for an Estate Agents, selling privately owned housing on behalf the owners.
Does the seductive nature of long hair (in the opinion of many men), give such negotiators an unfair advantage over the other party to push for unreasonable terms? Should a compromise be acceptable where loose hair is not permitted but a ponytail or bun is? But some men might be seduced into later regretted deals by even a ponytail or a bun!
Alternatively, should it be acceptable for women negociators to wear their hair in whatever style they please and the other negotiating party needs to simply get a grip on themselves?
How is it Her fault HE thinks she’s hot?
I mean, lots of men find the “bun and librarian look” hot.
When you conduct business all persons involved should focus on just that.
