Help! Do you think you can pull this off short haircut? (Pics)?

Always I had long hair and I need a hair cut anyway because I have recently bleached my roots and my hair died. So it is quite fried. Now I would like go for something shorter and almost a bob cut and I love having curly hair big with lots of volume. Also I'm not sure if the woman has hair on the hair photo short in the back and once on the forehead. So I do not know if I would do it or to cut it straight and a short layer of the crown. And of course the side swept bangs. Cutting is basically complete frame the face and honestly for me, is very confident to make a shortcut. So save me if I'm thinking wrong! So please give me some pleasant views.
would be so cute! and if you like a style that you want to look so pretty .. but you should dye your hair, not long ago for your skin tone and would be darker and shorter. I would try a clean cut then if you decide that the angle already on the front and shorter in the rear would very well also. also begin to use more products in the hair, which looks fried.
