getting my haircut anyone send me some pictures for ideas?

i want a side fringe, the one i have atm is quite thick.
my hairs an inch below my shoulders, but longer hair pictures are fine.
i want some choppy or short layers.
im growing my hair so ill only have a trim.
my hairs naturally quite thick but its been thinned a few times.
anyone send me some ideas on pictures to show my hairdresser?

and if my hair is reddish brown naturally, what should i use to go light brown/dark blonde?
