How to get Wavy hair pin STRAIGHT!!!!!

I have wavy hair it is red and i have layers and all my bangs are to short to put in a pony so i leave them out and usually have my hair down cause the style is for it to be straight every day. When i striaghten it the top part where i have my pony tail (when i had wavy hair) and so their is a dent their how can i get rid of that and make it PIN STRAIGHT!!!!!??? also any products i can use i have water (no duh also only the products i have or something that i can get at my drug store really quick), Bed Head manipulator (pastey it is REALLY gooey) bed head hair spray, and also urban potions that u put in ur hair before you straighten it. what can i use outta them?

If you have products and a flat iron and still having dents, then you’re probably not styling it right. It’s a good idea to use a heat protectant spray and a straightening cream or styling lotion before using a flat iron.

Start from the root and work your way down slowly, only straightening two-three inch sections at a time. Make sure your hair is also completely dry before straightening it. Also after you shower and towel dry your hair you could just use a good blower and a round brush and straighten it that way. Make sure you put the heat protectant in first.
