How to dye my hair blonde on bottom, and leave brown on the top?

My hair is already cut similarly to this, and this is how I want it dyed EXCEPT the opposite with brunette on top and blonde on the bottom, I would also like a little of the blonde to be in my bangs and fade out towards the blonde itself. Can anyone give me step by step instructions on doing this? 
Put some blonde hair dye in tin foil and rub the outsides of the tinfoil so the hair dye reaches the areas of the hair you want. Then, wrap the tin foil around your hair in the places you want it blonde… (Less at the top of the tinfoil.) do the same for your bangs.
