What is the best hair style petite women?

I am a woman of small stature. I am 5 feet 2 and I weigh about 110. Usually I have the hair short, as the top of the shoulders. I'm getting tired of it, so I increase its size. What is the best for a small woman. short or long? I have flat hair. I have 21. If I use an iron on it, it becomes a silky long.

In my opinion, short. It is easier to care for, and matches it with a small figure.
