Do I have the hair up or down for the prom?

on May 21 is my graduation party. I just bought my dress and Saturday do not know how say. At first I was going to be compared to being a bit 50thies and back would be a French twist in which looiks as a cap on the back of your hair. my dress is a strapless gown. champaige color with a black sher thing at the top and pimples on her breasts and bottom of the dress. up to my knees cuz im short and can not have a long dress or ill look shorter. and yes …. my dad told me my hair. but how. i cannot think of anything live on the Internet and looked for two down, but thing and I have hair a little short to shoulder what should I do !!!!!!!!!!
