Short Hair, What should I do next?

Hey my name is Emma and im 13. Ok so i have short hair its stacked in the back and its like Rihanna’s in the umbrella music video. Except i have side bangs too. I usually straighten it but i was look to do something other than straighten it. Is it possible for me to put it in little braids and get a wavy thing to it, or curl it maybe. but would those look weird with my hair cut? idk but maybe some hair genius can help. :] thanks, and much luv.
