Short Hair Cuts Asymmetrical

Should I cut my hair like this morning?
Sorry for posting this again in my last link did not work, haha. I'm getting my haircut tomorrow, but I do not know if I should. I have long hair before cutting it to shoulder (cutting most of my old layers), but the barber I was wrong because he would not fix my layers so that both sides are equal, so it was very asymmetrical and ugly.
