what hair cut would look good for my face? keep it long or cut it short?

my hair is soo thick and its a little longer than my sholder now, im thinking about cutting it short but im not sure.

First of all you have a lovely energy about you. There is a sweetness that just shines through your eyes. Secondly I like your hair the way it is as well but I do think the style you showed would look real cute on you. You have the type of hair that could be cut in that sytle and look good.
