Want to cut my hair a little and a new style …?

Does anyone have an idea of how I should cut my hair and hair? photo ideas please would be helpful. I do not want to cut it short cuz im trying to grow. now it's one or two inches past my shoulder and I have dirty blonde hair its a bit curly wavy and straight at the same time in different places depending on how dry. this is not really a good picture, but its the best I have at this time .. http://s705.photobucket.com/albums/ww59/ … thanks <3 I do not want to cut my hair too short, because I'm trying to grow out. with your face shape that could kill most things (short or long) but if ur trying to grow out then I think u should get shoulder-length hair with long layers bangs differently if the layers are too short and U want lie ur hair like taylor swifts I can not work properly … gawguz by the way ur really:) if u hav one more questions email me xoxo
