Cutting It Short

Does anyone know of any scene hairstyles (short-medium length) that would do well with thicker hair.?

I have thicker, darker brown hair. I have really wanted a hair cut scene style. My hair, as of this momment, is around the shoulders. Could anyone give me some ideas and pictures of styles that might work for me?
