what colors would look good on me?

i have dark brown, almost black hair a little past my shoulders
really dark brown eyes
i’m mixed black and puerto-rican so i have light brown caramelish skin (same skin tone as meagan good in this pic: http://www.thehairstyler.com/images/celebrity/blackf_215.jpg)

With that skin tone, you can pull off just about any color. I have the same skin tone, and have found that colors that typically look bad on almost everyone (i.e. neon colors) are just about the only ones that don’t look too good; bright colors are fine, just not neon.
