What is the name of this hairstyle? And would this be good for damanged hair? pic included?

This hairstyle Winona Ryder has in this pic… I would have thought it would be a “layered bob” or “short layered hair” but when I google those, the hairstyles that come up dont look like this.
I want something similar to this but I can’t find the right picture to show the stylist.
Anyone have any pictures of something similar? A shortish, layered haircut with bangs that’s easy to blow dry without using a flat iron?
It looks like a shag, though there may be some current term I’m unaware of. Shags are short, layered cuts, like this, though all shags are not alike. There’s different shag looks. I’ve looked at many hairstyle mags over the years, and was a receptionist in a salon once. In other words, I have some knowledge, but I’m not an expert. Hope this helps!
