How I can get my hair to look like kellie picklers?

I have my hair cut in a shake yesterday, about chin length (or little shorter) because I wanted it to look exactly like Kellie Pickler, but I washed it and is not like hers at all, a sort of looks like a haircut short, blah, random, and definitely not what I wanted and I was afraid. i got it the length that has the bangs a bit more but I'm starting to think that maybe she has some layers in yours or something?
