How can I get my hair to look like this?

I love Laetitia Casta’s hair in this picture:

I just wondered how I could get mine to look similar? All I do now with my hair is wash it and leave it to dry naturally, and it always goes a little wavy at the bottom, anyway.
But how could I get it to look curly like that all over? What do you think she has done to/put in her hair?

hmm, well there are all different types of hair…
the model might just have naturally wavy hair.
You could braid your hair and put some mousse in it and leave it over night…
other than that I am very unsure.
I wish my hair would curl like that too!
