A short haircut look good on me (picture included )…?

I was thinking about getting a bob-style asymmetrical Victoria Beckham a while ago but I chickened out and ended up getting my bangs cut in place. I believe I can make the cut asymmetrical way I wanted with my bangs, and I thought maybe get something more like Bob Katie Holmes might be a good idea.
