Why don’t more girls have short hair?

It looks so hot! …so my question is “why not”? Do you think it makes you look masculine, undesirable?

Lastly, do you generally have long hair to either impress the guys, or to “fit in” with the girls?

Yesterday I cut my hair very short, and I absolutely love it. I used to have very thick, wavy hair down to below my shoulder blades, but it was simply to much to take care of. I’ve cut it shorter every time I go to see my stylist, until yesterday when I just decided “Screw it, let’s cut it as short as it will look good.”

I sometimes feel masculine with my very short hair, but once I get around to styling it in the morning and I actually get dressed up, I actually feel more feminine than I did with long hair. I feel much more confident when I’m staring at the world without my hair covering my face, and I feel much more comfortable in my own skin. Of course, not every girl has the features to pull short hair off, and even then I think you have to have the confidence to rock it. I used to feel more secure behind my old blanket of hair. Maybe that’s why more girls don’t just cut it?
