What should I ask for? How many layers does she have and where have they been cut?

All you have to do is go to a [professional] hair salon, not Super Cuts..or those ten dollar ones..

That would make your hair extremely layered, and crazy, but for Eva’s look, simple layers, most likely starting at the bangs.
