Cutting It Short

I have very thick, wavy, basically uncontrollable hair. and want a short haircut.?

i’ve looked into the “reverse wedge” [short in the back, long in the front] but my parents dont like it. i want to go short, because with thick hair, you tend to have a lot of hair fall out on a daily basis, and mine gets caught, and creates really bad knots. i figure the less hair there, the less to tangle. but my hair may be too think for anything too short. i’ve had some relaxing done in the past, and only the most expensive of all the ones currently available to me actually works… i need another one, so i cant dye it. i need something that can be made edgy, or cute by a parents standard. HELP

A shag is too cute and can really work with curly hair. You can either blow dry it out for a styled flippy look or add a little Bouncy Creme (by Iso) to your damp hair and just go curly. The shag is the “it” cut this summer. Google “shag haircut pics” for some ideas.
