Cutting It Short

No fuss hairstyles or good products?

I have (currently short) fine brown hair. I am trying, desperately to get a haircut that doesn’t looks good. I am too busy to take care of something look or do anything fancy. I want a simple, no-fuss hairstyle that looks cute. So far, every one I’ve tried has left me with a problem in the back of the top (where my hair kinda sticks up and is generally unruly) or, for some reason, a weird transition from the sides to the top. I do not want a crew cut or a flat top. I want something that looks reasonably good, but that I don’t have to spend countless time trying to get not looking like crap (pardon my language, I’m in a rantish mood). Any recommendations?
Oh, it is straight, fine hair. Forgot to mention the straight part.

I’d suggest letting your hair grow a little, it’s easier to sort out and alot of people find guys with long hair attractive.

However, I’d be careful about which style you choose, long hair looks good, but only if it’s done properly. You can’t just let it grow around your face, it’d look awful, so if you don’t already, you could have a sweeping fringe put in.

If you’re not into the ‘emo’ look, you could find ways to work around this and still have longish hair.
