Cute Short Haircuts Bangs

Growing out hair very short layers?
Okay, so I have a very cute, short haircut, but I get bored with it and want to grow. (My cut hair is exactly the same thing has my avatar.) Is hairstyles, hair tips, or hairstyles that will ease the pain of growing up without very short layers and bangs? I want to grow at least a little past my shoulders. By the way, I do not do hair gel. I hairspray minimum and sometimes a flat iron … but I like it a lot because I do not like do unnatural things to my hair. Oh, and sorry but I do not do good hair extensions. I'm in high school and will not do anything to make people aware of my hair more than you know (I'm a bit close to the stage "uncomfortable" in the growth out).
You can not do anything but wait; pick up and show that, tease, get it cut shorter in the back or sides. Play with it. I just came from my two years! layers. What a pain, never again ~
