How do I get my hair to look like this?

So, it’s not just a ponytail. It has that rubber band/head band thing in it. I’ve been trying to do it, but my hair is in layers, so the shorter ends kind of stick out from the headband. It’s such a cute style and I really want to wear it to work or school.

Put it up in a ponytail, then hairspray a fine tooth comb and comb all your stubborn layers back. Next put in the head band and repeat with the comb trick. Finally hairspray entire head. It may take a few times practice but soon you will be teaching others your technique!
