How should I get my hair cut? (pics)?

I’m going to get my hair cut tonight But I have no idea what to tell her to do.
All I know for sure is that I’m going to get the split ends cut off but i’d like to try to keep the lenght. Straight, my hair comes right above my bust then curly its like maybe 2 inches higher.
Its not really thick but it scrunches well so thats mostly how i wear it. Heres pictures:

Thanks to all of you, I decided to get it cut like the picture and I love it!

i really like your hair now and if you wanted to keep the length just say i want my ends trimming and the shape put in with shorter choppy layers nd it thinning out. but i also LOVE that hair that you put on the shorter one from the hot new hairstyles, i think thats a lovely change to what you have now. i’ve gone from my hair being past my bra really long to up to my shoulders thats about 5 inches or more off and i love it it’s easy to brush wash everything, but i do miss doing a messy bun. i think both look lovely it’s what you feel like doing. i nearly kept my hair long but i thought go for it cos it will grow back ded quick. if yours grows back quick then you have a positive for cutting it!!! hope this helps
