How I can get my sisters to cut your hair?

I have eight sisters. Becca, 13, Megan, 10, Sara, 9, Mia, 8, Zoe, 7, Alyssa, 6, Hailey, 5, and Sasha, 4. Each one of them, except Becca's hair to her waist. We have been trying to get to get their hair cut for a very long time. How we can convince to get their haircuts? We've tried telling them it would be good if donated to locks of love, but it did not work. All need haircuts too wrong and have a lot of dead ends. Also, does anyone have cute short haircuts for girls. Please respond ASAP.
