How do I get my thick, straight hair to look like this??(picture included)?

I have thick brown hair that i usually straighten with a flat iron. tired of that style and want this one! Step by step instructions would be great!

Use a good product, straighten your hair, then roll half way up the ends with hot rollers. Take the rollers out when they are cool, spray lightly and separate with your fingers a little. It will look beautiful.
