Can I get a bob hairstyle?

Okay, I really love bobs, and my ideal hairstyle for next year would be a bob with bangs and brown highlights.
But the problem is my hair is kinda short and uneven. It’s longer in the back then in the front, and I fear this can stop be from getting a bob. A nice bob.
