I hope too old for my age?

I look around 30, I dress very mature I love to look sophisticated and classy, I always use pencil skirts with blouses with ruffles and high heels. My hair is cut at an angle so I have a bob hairstyle too oldr = / No I would dress differently but the fact men seem to believe that age have the right to bother me because I am "30" is disgusting, when in fact im only 16 = S? Any advice? Thanks
