Bob Haircuts For Round Faces

Round face hair cut short and straight bangs BOB! Argh!?

Mrs. salon haircut badly. Instead of a layered cut with bangs sidescan, she gave me a Bob haircut ending at the chin in my round face with short straight fringe, stopping just below my eyebrow. What I read everywhere is a big no-no for round faces. It looks horrible. How do I fix it? Go back and tell the layer perhaps? Is there any way to diminish the blow? I tried to get my avatar to mimic the catastrophe as close as possible. Any response is greatly appreciated. PS I'm 6 feet tall.
