Cutting It Short

My bob haircut looks like a helmet. any ideas?

I grew up with a pixie cut, and is now a chin-length bob with lower layers in the later. Also I have side bangs. I want to keep growing my hair out, so I really do not want to go short … But when the dryer and straighten the hair is a helmet-rounded and What are my options? great pictures would be appreciated … thank you very much!

I have my hair cut in November to a shock which was very short in the back. The problem was that there was enough layers, and as soon as it began to grow significantly, I had helmet hair. xD So I went on it with a pair of scissors and fixed that problem. You can still grow out, just cut thin layers to add a little texture to it, so it is not so round "helmet-y. And hairspray! Hairspray helps a lot! Allows you to play with it until you find something you like. : D
