Cutting It Short

Im looking for a certain haircut?

I saw a haircut on someone I really liked. I am going to try and explain it and hopefully someone knows what i am talking about. Its about a shoulder length cut and its short layers all through the top of the head all the way around and near the bottom back of the hair there are long flowy layers. I guess its kinda like a choppy bob cut maybe? Anyone have any ideas?
its more of a shoulder cut and the whole top of the head has tapered layers that add volume to the top but the back bottom portion of the hair is very thinned out long layers that flow outward..i know its hair to explain a haircut im sorry
