Cutting It Short

I need haircut help! I have a traditional bob plus barely brow-length bangs. Face shape is roundish heartshape?

I am considering having long layers added and having it angled slightly from back to longer in front. Not sure if this is a good idea or not. I just had this cut done last week- just not liking it. It needs help for sure- seems very plain and not at all flattering. Please help- any suggestions welcome.

you can’t go wrong with layers! (unless they’re so short your hair spikes up in the back.. (ahem, KAte Gosslin! ew) haha but yeah try some feathering or something! maybe get a few reddish lowlights, those work on pretty much anyone!
