SHORT Cute hair styles for super 23yr old with dark brown hair?

Ok, so I hate my cousin unmanageable hair its just what I'm looking for actually a really nice short hairstyle that each style requires me tomorrow if not my cousin hair style now looks like shit all day. and when I say short I mean short term. Right now I have a reverse bob and longest part is only halfway to the shoulders. I do not want a haircut boy or a haircut or anything old only something nice and something a 23yr old man can look good with.
