Cutting It Short

whats the best haircut style? Help?

This is for the women to answer. I would like to know what the best style haircut they like men to have. is it short and spiked, mohawks, mullet, ceasar, long hair, like a mop, afro, ect. and I am pondering on two different styles and not sure which one to go with.
1. long, medium, or short bangs in the front? (Please pick the the best looking one if you like this style) plus the rest of the top of my head shaved down short so I can spike it. and the sides are shaved down really short like on a number 1 shaver. or
2. ceasar style cut
