Should I dye may hair purple or turquoise?

I have a complexion like Aishwarya Rai, so which is better for me? Purple or turquoise?

Possibly purple streaks. I think you would have to bleach the s*** out of your hair to get it light enough to make it turquoise. Making your hair purple, you don’t have to bleach it so light.
